Roe Jogan woke up on the SS Gut Check. The passengers have a fictional cruise crud, the buffet is glowing, and the stairwell doors will not open until enough people are cured. Keep distance so the infection meter stops climbing; vents, canisters, and purges bring it down.

How to play

Cure enough infected passengers to unlock the stairwell door on each procedural deck.
Keep distance. The infection meter fills near infected passengers, cough clouds, and contaminated buffet zones.
Stay quiet, stay unseen. Most passengers wander until they spot you — but orange-eyed sniffers smell you from across the deck, and gunfire wakes everyone nearby.
Watch the new threats. Sprinters can lunge, and slow bloaters can tank shots while lobbing green slime that pins your feet.
Recover in clean air. Balcony tiles and open porthole areas drain infection faster.
Earn your arsenal. You start with only the Emotional Support Plunger (key 1). The Ivermectin Pistol is staged on deck 2, the Colloidal Silver Pumper on deck 3, and Probiotic Stink Bombs on deck 4 — grab each near the deck's spawn.
Manage your ammo. Darts and silver ampoules run out — only the plunger swings forever. Stink Bombs (key 4, G to quick-throw) cure whole crowds at once.
Read the minimap. The bottom-right map fills in as you explore; the stairwell exit gets a pulsing green marker once you've found it.
Boss decks. From deck 10, every 5th deck a captain-hatted horror guards the stairwell. Cure it (many, many doses) or the door stays locked — and they get meaner, then multiply.
Start with the Ivermectin Pistol. Later decks add the Colloidal Silver Pumper pickup for close-range panic curing.
Escape scores big. Leaderboard score rewards cured passengers, accuracy, deck reached, and fast stairwell exits.

Parody horror fiction. The cruise crud is fictional. The cure weapons are absurd game props, not medical advice.
