By playing Rainbot Network you agree to the following. The short version: don't be a jerk, we can update the games, and the games are parodies so don't sue us over hurt feelings.
1. The games
All games on Rainbot Network are parody. Any resemblance to real people, organizations, or geopolitical situations is intentional satire. All trademarks and IP belong to their respective owners; this site is not affiliated with any of them.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you submit, including forum posts, replies, game/video/article comments, display names, leaderboard names, and profile details. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display, moderate, and preserve that content as part of Rainbot Network.
3. Accounts and community
Accounts may be used for profiles, cloud saves, high scores, forum posts, comments, votes, reports, and moderation. We may hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that spam, harass, impersonate others, post illegal content, or break the community vibe.
4. Pro subscription
Rainbot Pro is currently a preview only. No checkout or paid subscription is active. If paid plans launch later, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before anyone can subscribe.
5. No warranty
The games are provided "as is." We do our best to keep them running but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. If something breaks, tell us and we'll fix it.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll bump the date above. Continued use = acceptance.
